Get your Budokon fix and fun by joining our Budokon tribe for this epic event! Melayne Shayne is in town and joining forces with our BDK Miami Team for a morning of Budokon Mixed Movement Arts at the @Domio Hotel in Wynwood on November 14th.

During the two hour workshops we will explore the signature Budokon Mixed Movement Matrix with Melayne Shayne herself and beasty BDK Miami Coach Nelson Leon.  Budokon combines yoga mobility, marital arts as well as animal locomotion and calisthenics. Our one and only Donato Helbling will guide us through an invigorating breath practice and our in house Chef and Arepa Queen Esther Minardo will treat us with her delicious creations.
