Come and join us on our last edition (v.4) of the "SimiusYard Brunch" of the season. A guided journey that will allow you to explore how we normally train in our Budokon Camps.

“Learn the signature Budokon Yoga techniques, a focus on a slow and controlled transitions of mixed movements inspired by ancients practices such as Yoga, Calisthenics and Martial Arts.” After an extraordinary movement journey we will break to enjoy of a healthy Brunch catered by the amazing Esther Minardo, founder of FoodForYourSoul
